23:21p cst :: yeah yeah yeah... i know. blam it on having to keep up with two houses. i'll be glad when it is just one again. this is getting out of hand. b and tiff's wedding went great, and we had a blast... and now the planning really ramps up for ours... we beat darby this past wednesday to claim the premiership title. first time in nearly 4 years. maybe we can pull the duo and win the just4kicks league (we are currently 2nd). well.... hopefully posts will appear more often, holla.

21:51p cst :: okay, so the game is next wednesday... and i almost walked out the door, but my kitchen calendar saved me. hehe. we did, though, have a game tonight. just4kicks action. we had 5 people show up (note: we play with 4 field players and a keeper), so no subs. i'd say it went well though... we won 12-5 and i was able to notch 9 (yes, you read that correctly) and 1 assist. not a bad night. this weekend we've got relay 4 life on friday/saturday and then stacey and i are heading to chattanooga for b and tiff's couples wedding shower. after the shower, we're going to try and have a decent bachelor's party for b, just pool at the cbc, nothing too fancy. well... that's about it for now -- shower and wedding stuff is on the agenda until i crash.

22:53p cst :: almost forgot... how'd it happen. well, while we were in chattanooga this weekend, i kicked everyone out of my parents house while stacey was out shopping. i then had her come back to pick me up, so we could go back out and meet my parents. at the house, i was waiting with a nice little card and 2 dozen roses. after listening to her tell me what she had bought at home goods (none of which i remember), i pointed out the roses and gave her the card. i used the excuse that we'd celebrate 8 months early... after that i asked her to count the roses, which represented 1 rose for each hour in the day that i'd love her for the rest of my life. i then said, but there is one last question i've gotta ask you and i dropped to a knee and she said YES!!! hehe... she then cried on an off for the next 3 hours. it was great... she was totally surprised; never even saw it coming.

22:28p cst :: well... do i have some news!! i'm engaged!! and if you haven't been around for the past 8 months or so... it's to stacey. do you know what this also means... yup... i'm getting married. wanna know else this means... two rehearsal dinners in the same year for my 'rents since we are planning on november 6th as the date of the wedding. almost 6 months apart to the day between b and tiff's wedding and ours. hehe... so, the next few months shall be very busy and a ton of fun. i'll put as many details as possible as they are confirmed. first and foremost is the date, which we still have to confirm with the church. once that is settled, we've got a laundry list a mile long of things to get crackin' on. my oh my... kg is getting hitched. i know there are some of you out there in futbal.net land going, how in the world did this happen. well, simple... i just found someone i couldn't live without and convinced her she couldn't live without me... hehe. okay, so maybe it didn't go exactly like that. either way, it's going to be great. we will end up renting or selling my house and i'll be moving into hers. which, for those keeping track, i'll become an athenian. athens is about 25 minutes west of hsv and similar to cookeville in many ways... although, i'd say athens is a bit larger. regardless, it's going to be a blast. if you took the time to watch the news ticker, you have probably already realized that it is the year of the wedding for my friends... it's getting a little out of control. in belated news... happy mother's day!! thank you for all that you for your children that goes un-noticed!! we love you!! soccer this wedensday against atlas at 8.00pm. should be an easy one as long as we have everyone show up. and so... the wedding planning shall commence !!!

22:38p cst :: happy birhtday to zeke (1 day late) and preston (today). zeke's on his way to italy with his parents (not a bad gift aye...) hehe. this weekend is mother's day, do you have your mom's gift yet? hehe. better hurry. soccer this wknd went well, 6-0 over the turtles. it was an easy game in great weather. after this wknd, we've got b and tiff's wedding shower on saturday and so the wedding is nearing... it should be a great time. so, with mother's day -- no games this wknd.

22:54p cst :: in case you've been wondering... stacey's house is finished and we've been moving the stuff the past few days (seems like forever though). the moving continues / re-arranging continues tomorrow...
